Nasri pauses for eight weeks with a knee injury
Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri French'll pause for eight weeks due to a knee injury he sustained in the win over Newcastle 2-0 on Sunday.
"We all thank you for the warm words of support, I think it's good news if I say I'll pause about eight weeks," said Nasri on his Twitter account.
Nasri was injured in the 75th minutes into the match after a rough start Newcastle defender Mapujanga Mbive.
French international has had to be articulated by the field on a stretcher and at first it seemed that he sustained a serious knee injury.
