Dortmund Schalke fans banned entry to the stadium
Department of German bundesliga Schalke banned a group of 498 fans Borussia Dortmund enter the stadium for five years after the incidents on a large area of the Ruhr derby played in the last year.
Next duel local rivals played in March in Dortmund.
"Restrictions are imposed on visiting supporters who came to the derby to rioted and threatened the safety of other spectators," the statement said Schalke.
In a match that was played in October last year in Gelsenkirchen, Borussia won by 3-1, a team from Dortmund fans broke the fence, lit flares and threw them on the ground.
